Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Lead to supervise facility operations on an evening shift. You will delegate assignments, guide staff, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and policy compliance at the assigned site.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily work, training new hires, maintaining time records, and reporting to the Area Manager. A valid driver’s license and prior lead or warehouse experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned work schedules, route cards as directed.
• Provides leadership and direction to team members.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building.
• Takes care of keys and access cards for the property.
• Reports damaged, broken and out of work features/items.
• Oversee and perform additional service requests in assigned building.
• Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Area Manager.
• Provides training for all new hires assigned to the building in accordance with onboarding procedures.
• Completes and validates any time records for regular or subcontractor employees.
