Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Lead to supervise facility operations, delegate tasks, and ensure safety and cleanliness across assigned buildings. This role involves operating equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and training new hires. Monday–Friday 6pm–2:30am shift. ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package and is veteran-friendly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.
• 1 year of similar work experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned work schedules and route cards as directed.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Communicate with field employees and management and document client communications.
• Assist with daily and weekly work schedules and oversee cleaning operations.
• Manage keys and access cards and report any damaged items.
• Oversee additional service requests and ensure completion with Area Manager.
• Train new hires in onboarding procedures and complete time records.
