Job summary

ABM Industries seeks a reliable Lead to coordinate facility operations, delegating tasks and guiding staff when the Manager is not present. The Shift Leader maintains standards to keep buildings clean and safe for workers and customers, operating specialized equipment and handling cleaning agents.

The role is full-time, on the evening shift from Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 02:30 AM, at a Washington site. Pay is $21.00 per hour with ABM's comprehensive benefits for frontline team members.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED or college degree is not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Report client communications and coordinate with management.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building.
• Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules.
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
• Train new hires per onboarding procedures.
• Complete and validates time records for employees.
• Oversee and perform additional service requests in the building.
