This is a straightforward role suitable for someone entering the workforce or returning with limited experience. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 3:30 pm to 12:00 am, paid at $19 per hour, with ABM’s comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and delegate tasks.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Ensure open communication between field staff and management.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in the assigned building.
• Validate time records for employees and subcontractors.
