Job summary

Union Depot is seeking a reliable Lead to supervise daily facility operations in Worcester. You will delegate tasks, guide staff, and ensure adherence to policies. The role includes operating equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed.

The Lead provides supervision at the assigned location when the Manager is not present and helps maintain safe, clean buildings for workers and customers across shifts.

Job description
