Job summary

Chick-fil-A, Inc. is seeking a part-time Closing/Cleaning Team Member to perform overnight cleaning, restock supplies, and prepare the restaurant for the next day. The role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and hospitality behind the scenes.

Hours are overnight, typically 7:30 PM to 12:00 AM, with Sundays off and paid training. No prior restaurant experience is required, and growth opportunities exist within the team.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning of the kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and exterior spaces.
• Ensure overnight readiness and reset for morning operations.
• Perform light maintenance tasks and report facility needs to leadership.
• Uphold health and safety guidelines including chemical handling.
• Coordinate with morning leaders to communicate facility readiness and address issues.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as floor scrubber and pressure washer.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and janitorial items as needed.
• Stay on schedule and manage tasks efficiently during overnight shifts.
• Represent Chick-fil-A values with professionalism and reliability.
