• Kitchen Teardown: Wash heavy grill parts, line pans, and food containers at closing.
• Deep Clean: Sweep and mop all floors; sanitize counters and walk-in coolers.
• Trash Duty: Empty kitchen bins, break down boxes, and take trash to dumpsters.
• Finish the Job: Stay on-shift until all dishes and closing tasks are 100% complete.
