Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking Cherry Picker Operators for Chambersburg, PA on a temp-to-hire basis. Shifts are Third with 6 PM–6 AM or 6 PM–12 AM schedules, and no degree is required. Operators will drive reach trucks and cherry pickers, move inventory, and support multiple departments as needed.

Responsibilities include safe operation, inventory scanning, pre-shift checks, and adherence to 5S standards. Weekend work is required; on-site position with a comprehensive benefits package after conversion.

Qualifications

• No degree required for this temporary-to-hire role.
• Experience with cherry pickers or MHE is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up reach trucks, cherry pickers and MHE safely.
• Move carts to designated aisles, stage outbound freight, load/unload trailers (≈10 cartons/min).
• Scan product to maintain inventory accuracy and assist with sorting.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and follow safety/5S standards.
• Cross-train across multiple facility departments as demand requires.
