Job summary

Randstad USA in Chambersburg, PA is seeking cherry picker operator candidates for a temp-to-hire role on the back half night shift (Wed 6pm-12am & Thur-Sat 6pm-6am). You will operate stand-up lifts, move and stage inventory, and ensure accurate scanning and safety compliance.

Experience with PIT equipment is preferred; on-site training is provided. Must pass pre-employment checks; high school diploma or GED preferred. Benefits and growth opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment PIT test required and successful completion.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up reach trucks and other MHE safely.
• Move inventory, stage outbound freight, and unload trailers.
• Scan products to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and follow safety standards.
• Cross-train across multiple facility departments as needed.
