Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to support inbound and outbound activities in a fast-paced distribution environment. The role emphasizes accurate picking, quality checks, and orderly shipment preparation.

The position requires physical endurance, good communication, and strict adherence to safety policies. Overtime may be required; a minimum High School diploma is preferred, with RF scanner experience valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent; preferred experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Comfort with heights and using material handling equipment.
• RF scanner/voice-picking experience preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime with little notice.
• Adheres to safety, OSHA and site rules.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders: pick, quality check, pack and prepare shipments.
• Use equipment (pallet jack, forklift, cherry picker) as needed.
• Cross-train in warehouse areas and participate in projects.
• Operate Warehouse Management System (WMS) for in/outgoing goods.
• Complete housekeeping and inventory control tasks; maintain safe environment.
• Communicate concerns to management and participate in associate meetings.
