Cardinal Health in New Jersey is seeking an Assoc II, Warehouse Ops to assist inbound or outbound activities under the Warehouse Supervisor, ensuring quality, safety and productivity. Responsibilities include picking, quality checks, packing, loading, and using equipment to move goods.

Position requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate equipment, and follow SOPs in a fast-paced warehouse, with a focus on safety and teamwork. Overtime and flexible rotation are common in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with material handling equipment preferred.
• RF scanner/voice-pick experience preferred.
• Overtime availability with little notice.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, quality checks, packing and preparing shipments.
• Operate material handling equipment as required by job duties.
• Cross-train in multiple areas of the warehouse and participate in projects.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to check in/out products.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to OSHA standards.
• Communicate issues to management and assist in policy compliance.
