Job summary

You will perform analytical testing on raw materials, in-process and finished products within a laboratory setting, maintain records, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a 12-hour night shift (7:00 pm–7:30 am) and strict adherence to SOPs (USP, AOCS, ASTM).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field with 2+ years in analytical labs.
• Experience under cGMP and FDA guidelines.
• Familiarity with quality systems and LIR/CAPA etc.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Conduct physical and chemical testing per standard procedures (wet chemistry, basic instruments).
• Maintain lab notebooks and records; work with cross-functional teams to ensure releases.
• Follow SOPs (USP, AOCS, ASTM) and support SOP training.
• Assist operations with analytical equipment and testing procedures.
• Calibrate instruments daily/monthly and support validations (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Participate in investigations for Out of Specification (OOS) findings and data trending.
