Job summary

Chromalloy Carson City is seeking a Chemical Process Operator to support the blade manufacturing team by preparing materials, operating equipment, and ensuring all work meets strict quality and safety requirements. If you're detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoy working in a manufacturing environment, we'd like to hear from you.

Shift is primarily Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM, with a differential of $1-$3 per hour. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable using measuring tools and production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and support chemical processing operations.
• Prepare and mix materials according to process requirements.
• Modify and process parts to meet production specifications.
• Inspect work using measuring and inspection tools.
• Follow production procedures, quality standards, and process controls.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow all environmental, health, safety, and quality requirements.
• Assist with other production-related tasks as needed.
