Job summary

Chromalloy Carson City is seeking a Chemical Process Operator to support the repair and processing of critical aerospace components. The role involves hands-on manufacturing, handling production materials, equipment, and tooling while strictly following procedures to ensure safety and quality.

The position operates on the 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM) with a shift differential of $2–$4 per hour. A Sign On Bonus of $500 is offered.

Responsibilities

• Follow production instructions and specifications with a high level of accuracy.
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

• Experience in aerospace or other regulated manufacturing environments
• Comfortable working with PPE and following strict safety procedures

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• This position works in a manufacturing environment and requires standing, walking, lifting, and handling materials throughout the shift.

• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
• Push or pull materials using team lift methods or material handling equipment up to 500 pounds
• Ability to work safely around production equipment, tools, and manufacturing processes
