Job summary

USALCO, LLC is seeking a Chemical Operator to safely operate the plant processes and equipment, ensuring quality and compliance with all policies. The role requires teamwork, strong communication, and a can-do attitude to support continuous improvements.

The employee will work an overnight shift (5 pm–1 am), perform daily quality checks, adjust formulations as needed, and assist with loading/unloading and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Prior chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must pay attention to detail and follow safety rules.
• Able to operate process equipment and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to work overnight and overtime as needed.
• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain it within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and efficient operation of assigned processes.
• Apply plant safety rules and wear PPE as required.
• Maintain and operate process equipment to meet specifications.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and report to management.
• Complete quality checks and documentation for batches.
• Support loading/unloading and shift handovers, including overtime as needed.
