Qualifications

• Forklift certification within 30 days if site requires.
• Strong communication skills are essential for team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and efficient operation of assigned process(es).
• Apply plant safety rules, work guidelines, and procedures.
• Maintain use and care of PPE when handling hazardous chemicals.
• Develop and implement process and equipment improvements.
• Perform quality checks and adjust formulations to meet specs.
• Assist in loading trailers and unloading raw materials.
• Complete paperwork: batch sheets, run sheets, shift reports.
