Job summary

USALCO, LLC is seeking a Chemical Operator to manufacture chemical products while ensuring compliance with all company policies. The role requires a detail-oriented, team-oriented individual who can operate independently and contribute to process improvements.

The operator will oversee safe and efficient process operations, perform quality assurance checks, adjust formulations to meet specifications, and maintain clear communication with Supervisors and peers.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing preferred.
• Forklift driving experience is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Audit safety and housekeeping through process walk-throughs.
• Perform quality checks on manufactured products.
• Adjust formulations to meet specifications.
• Assist in loading/unloading of products and materials.
• Complete paperwork such as batch sheets, run sheets and shift reports.
• Maintain daily management practices and site upkeep.
• Inspect equipment daily and report issues to Supervisor.
