Job summary

Chemline Inc. is seeking a Production Operator for a full-time 3rd shift (9:00 p.m.–5:30 a.m.), with first 90 days on 1st shift (5:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m.). You will move to 2nd shift after training, joining a team focused on manufacturing and packaging operations.

You must read and follow instructions in English, perform basic math, and safely handle equipment and materials while maintaining documentation and product quality.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, comprehend, and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Must have basic math skills for weight, volume, and distance calculations.
• Must demonstrate manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment.
• Requires knowledge to operate multiple processes and equipment and manage multiple batches.
• Must have working knowledge of chemical ingredients and mixing processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and stage equipment, vessels, filtration media, containers, and raw materials for production and packaging.
• Manufacture and package products according to procedures and quality standards while maintaining batch integrity.
• Measure, weigh, and add raw materials using scales and equipment.
• Operate production equipment safely, including mixers, valves, pumps, and material handling equipment.
• Complete production documentation accurately, including batch records and lot numbers.
• Label vessels, containers, and finished products with correct product and lot information.
