Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing or related field preferred.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks (lift up to 55 lb) and work long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor batch in process and adjust as needed.
• Measure and mix chemicals according to formulas.
• Control process variables such as temperature, pressure, and flow.
• Complete batch ticket data entry accurately and on time.
• Perform quality checks and shut down process if needed to maintain safety and quality.
• Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment following SOPs.
• Stage raw materials and label finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and wear required PPE.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards.
