Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitors batch and makes adjustments as required.
• Measure and mix chemicals according to formulas.
• Monitor and adjust process variables (temperature, pressure, flow).
• Maintain safety and quality on batch tickets and data entry.
• Perform quality checks and take action to prevent issues.
• Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment.
• Keep work area clean and report hazards.
• Stage raw materials and package finished products.
