Job summary

Land O’Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Production Support Operator for the 3rd shift in Websterville, VT. You will learn pasteurization and cheesemaking processes while supporting a safe, quality-driven production line.

Responsibilities include assisting with manufacturing steps, handling materials, and packaging the final product. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 PM–5:30 AM, with pay starting at $21.25/hour plus $2.00 shift differential and a $2,000 hiring bonus. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6+ months of manufacturing experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions and possess basic mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing processes that add value and quality to inputs.
• Assist with pasteurization and cheesemaking processes.
• Handle raw materials, process and packaging steps as directed.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and efficiency throughout production.
