Job summary

Masters Gallery Foods in Oostburg, Wisconsin is seeking a Cheese Production Specialist for the 3rd shift (Sunday - Thursday, 10 PM - 6 AM). You will support production lines by supplying bulk cheese and operating cutting/shredding equipment.

Starting wage is $25.10/hour with increases to $26.97/hour after 90 days. The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs (sometimes 60), standing for long periods, safe work habits, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and occasionally 60 lbs.
• Stand for long periods and maintain attendance.
• Read and calculate using basic math.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide bulk cheese to production lines and operate cheese cutting/shredding equipment.
• Open, clean and place cheese on production lines; remove packaging.
• Inspect bulk cheese for mold or contaminants and clean accordingly.
• Maintain records of bulk cheese usage using RF scanners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
