Job summary

Masters Gallery Foods is seeking a Cheese Production Specialist for the Oostburg, WI plant on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM). You will support production lines, handling bulk cheese and operating cutting and shredding equipment under supervision.

Starting pay is $25.10 per hour, with a $1.00 shift differential and a raise after 90 days to $26.97 per hour. The role emphasizes safety, quality, teamwork, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to frequently lift up to 40 lbs (and occasionally 60 lbs).
• Comfort standing for long periods.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Attention to detail for quality inspection.
• Basic math skills for reading and calculating.

Responsibilities

• Lift and carry up to 40 lbs while opening, cleaning, and placing cheese on production lines.
• Remove all packaging from cheese.
• Inspect bulk cheese for mold or contaminants and clean as needed.
• Lift and place cheese on conveyors (5–40 lbs per lift).
• Operate cutting and shredding equipment (automated and manual).
• Assist with other duties as needed.
