Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or GED preferred.
• Prior related work experience in a food manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Good math, reading and writing skills; ability to follow technical instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate dairy production equipment and monitor processes to meet quality standards.
• Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot packaging equipment.
• Manage intake and inventory tasks, including loading and unloading milk and supplies.
• Record data on production runs and monitor temperatures, pH and other specs.
• Maintain sanitation and comply with safety regulations and HACCP requirements.
