Responsibilities

• Handle dairy production duties from setup to final preparation and data recording.
• Operate, calibrate and troubleshoot dairy and packaging equipment; monitor quality and safety.
• Coordinate intake, unloading of milk, and ensure FIFO storage and product quality.
• Manage receiving, inventory, and outbound shipments; assist with ERP data entry.
• Perform sanitation and comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with training new Associates and provide process improvement feedback.
