Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities and distribution of work during scheduled shift.
• Serve as Preceptor, educator and resource for new employees.
• Balance direct patient care (approximately 80%) with charge and education duties (approximately 20%).
• Care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients; set priorities based on patient needs; 8- to 12-hour shifts.
