Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
• Must hold Certification in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
• Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities and distribution of work during scheduled shift.
• Act as a professional educator and resource for new employees, demonstrating clinical expertise and competence.
• Balance direct patient care (approx. 80%) with management and education duties (approx. 20%).
