Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia; national certification within two years of hire.
• Associates Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of one year in direct patient care in an acute care environment and in the specialty.

Responsibilities

• Executes leader standard work each shift to promote reliable operations.
• Leads tiered huddles and uses visual management to identify abnormalities and coordinate countermeasures.
• Facilitates structured escalation of barriers using safety tools and chain of command.
• Coordinates daily staffing assignments based on patient acuity, unit census, and staff competencies.
• Coaches staff to reinforce accountability, continuous improvement, and meaningful recognition.
