Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed as an RN in Georgia in good standing without limitations.
• Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
• Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities and distribution of work on shift.
• Act as educator and resource for new employees.
• Balance 80% direct patient care with 20% charge/preceptor duties.
• Provide care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Set priorities and manage unit during 8–12 hour shifts.
