Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current state license.
• CPR certification required.
• Desire to work with elderly residents.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provides total patient care on the nursing unit and oversees the unit.
• Delivers direct nursing care to patients.
• Performs administrative and patient care duties as directed by the ADON or DON.
• Supervises nurse aides and enforces policies and procedures.
• Administers medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Assists with admission and discharge processes.
