Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of nursing units and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with Nurse Manager and clinicians to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff including mentoring and coaching.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to nurses.
• Develop and maintain communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and hospital processes.
• Maintain accurate records and reports including shift reports and patient charts.
