AdventHealth Mansfield is seeking an experienced RN to coordinate patient care across departments and lead a nursing team on a busy unit in Mansfield, Texas. The role focuses on developing care plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.

You will collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and support staff, manage daily schedules, and educate families. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Maintains current RN license and knowledge of nursing care requirements.
• Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem solving.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Supervision experience and skills.
• Proficient in using Windows-based programs.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care across PACU, inpatient units, Radiology, and anesthesia.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments and orders.
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and providers for coordinated care.
• Manage daily schedules and staffing to ensure proper coverage.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and self-management.
