Job summary

Qualifications
- Licensed RN with Labor & Delivery experience preferred.
- 2–3 years in L&D and leadership roles preferred.
- ACLS, BLS, and Neonatal Resuscitation certifications required within specified timelines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and care quality.
- Assess and monitor quality of patient care in collaboration with management.
- Collaborate with physicians, NICU staff, and leaders to improve outcomes.
- Uphold patient-first philosophy and manage service recovery as needed.
- Lead nursing strategy execution, rounding, and staff engagement initiatives.
- Assist with staff scheduling and labor management per productivity guidelines.
- Support inventory control and supply management.
