Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida, Inc. in Miami Beach is seeking an Experienced Registered Nurse for Labor & Delivery on the night shift (7p–7a). You will join a dedicated team delivering high-quality obstetric and neonatal care.

Responsibilities include assisting with breastfeeding, neonatal assessment and resuscitation, circulating in the OR, and supervising postpartum care. Requires FL RN license, BLS, ACLS; 1 year RN; BSN or equivalent; AWHONN and NRP within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• L&D nurse with acute care experience preferred.
• 1 year RN experience required (Level II).
• AWHONN Intermediate course and NRP must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with breastfeeding and neonatal assessment.
• Perform head-to-toe assessments on obstetrical patients.
• Circulate in the operating room and manage labor patients.
• Administer medications and monitor fetal status per policy.
• Maintain NRP and obstetrics patient safety responsibilities.
