Job summary

Qualifications

• RN or LPN with preceptor course completed within 12 months.
• Graduate of accredited nursing program with current Louisiana license.
• Minimum 18 months LPN or 1 year RN experience; 2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Validate staffing needs with supervisor based on acuity and patient care needs.
• Assign patients per acuity and staff skills.
• Monitor patient flow and bed turnover with EVS and bed control.
• Ensure compliance with core measures and safety protocols.
• Provide leadership, education, and performance feedback to staff.
