SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital is seeking a Nurse Leader to provide leadership and coordination of unit staffing while ensuring implementation of clinical objectives and quality patient care.

The role includes directing and educating staff, coordinating assignments, and collaborating with advanced practice providers to maintain high-quality outcomes during the night shift.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
• One year of registered nurse experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS HCP)
• RN license in applicable states (IL/MO/OK/WI)

Responsabilités

• Assigns, directs, educates and monitors nursing and support staff during assigned shift.
• Develops and distributes patient care assignments ensuring population-appropriate care.
• Collaborates with advanced practice providers to ensure quality outcomes.
• Evaluates effectiveness of patient care and identifies issues affecting outcomes.
• Responds to complaints about patient care and manages through established channels.
