Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be a licensed Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).
• Registered with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
• Strong communication and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to work night shift and in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare/compound and label pharmacy products for patient use.
• Distribute medications in accordance with department policy.
• Active involvement in medication distribution: ordering, receiving, stocking, dispensing.
• Participate in process improvement activities and new associate training.
• Support safety, quality and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization.
