Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services seeks a Certified Nurse Aide to provide routine daily nursing care to residents at Hallettsville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Hallettsville, TX. The role supports care plans and works the 6pm–6am shift in a full-time capacity.

Requirements include a valid CNA license and high school diploma; experience in long-term care is preferred. Candidate must be at least 16 years old and capable of assisting with activities of daily living.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily nursing care tasks such as bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned by Charge Nurse.
• Observe and report symptoms or changes in residents’ conditions to Charge Nurse.
• Carry out duties in accordance with resident care policy and procedures.
• Contribute knowledge of residents’ conditions to care plans.
