Job summary

Nurse Next Door Home Care Services is seeking caregivers in Illinois to provide in-home care services focused on dignity, comfort, and companionship. Join a team that values compassion and professional growth through our Happier Aging philosophy.

We offer hourly compensation starting at $20+ per hour for CNAs with a focus on client-centered care in Piatt, Champaign, and Vermilion counties. Night shifts available with a $2/hour differential, plus 24/7 support and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 1 year previous caregiving experience.
• Must communicate verbally and in writing in English.
• Current TB Screen, Background Check, active CNA certification, work physical, UDA.
• Must be able to legally work in the USA to apply for this position.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and/or provide companionship and personal care.
• Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer.
• Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.
• Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description.
• Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.
• Service the Piatt, Champaign, Vermilion counties.
• Looking for all visit times, but night shift has greatest need. (10p-6a night shift differential $2/hr) weekdays and weekends.
