Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• CNA certification required per state Board of Nursing.
• Must maintain CMA/CNA certifications per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse.
• Record vital signs and document care outcomes.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Support meals and dining experiences for residents.
• Maintain housekeeping and laundry to keep living areas clean.
