Good Samaritan Society in Arthur, ND is hiring a Medication Assistant (MA) to deliver resident-centered nursing care under a charge nurse. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support dining and recreational programs. Requires CNA certification and state-specific CMA/TMA credentials as applicable.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age of 18 preferred. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience preferred.
• Maintains yearly department-specific competency testing and continuing education credits.
• CNA certification in the applicable state is required or must be obtained as per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under supervision.
• Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse within scope of practice.
• Record vital signs and communicate changes to the charge nurse.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and activities of daily living; support dining and social activities.
