Job summary

Sunshine Assisted Living in Paradise seeks a MedTech (NOC shift) to support residents with daily activities and medication administration. You will work 11:00 PM–7:30 AM, providing compassionate care and ensuring safety and compliance in a warm, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interactions with residents and colleagues.
• Compassion, patience, and empathy are crucial for providing care.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols for resident safety.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed and document administration.
• Document medications delivered from all sources on central logs.
• Secure medications per facility policies and label bedside orders.
• Record medications on MARs and log PRN results.
• Follow procedures for destruction of discontinued medications.
• Document follow-ups on orders and changes in condition.
• Provide bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral care assistance.
• Assist with toileting, hygiene, mobility, and transfers as needed.
• Monitor at-risk residents and promptly report changes to leadership.
