You will assist adults with developmental disabilities and support daily living activities in a residential setting, with emphasis on safety, dignity, and person-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read and write in English to complete required documentation.
• Clear, respectful communication with clients and team members is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with activities of daily living.
• Drive and escort clients to outings, appointments, and community activities.
• Safely perform client transfers per facility protocol.
• Conduct housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Implement client habilitation plans.
• Maintain professional, dignified interactions with clients and staff.
