You will participate in community integration, support transportation needs, and maintain consistent attendance while upholding dignity and respect for clients and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Clear, comprehensible verbal and written communication.
• Access to reliable transportation to support individuals.
• CPR and First Aid basics are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with self-care, hygiene, meals, housekeeping, socialization and recreation.
• Monitor, document, and support individual goals and behavior plans.
• Provide transportation to individuals as needed and participate in community integration.
