Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months in hospital supply chain/materials management.
• 1 year of related inventory management experience or an associate's degree in supply chain field acceptable in lieu of 6 months.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with supply chain software and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Document supply requisitions from clinical areas.
• Document and label products charged by the charge master to reduce lost charges.
• Prepare and clean reusable supplies and products.
• Perform inspections for emergency carts to ensure readiness and safety.
• Use computerized systems to expense departments and charge patients for supplies.
• Maintain proper stock levels and rotate stock using FIFO principles.
