Job summary

Biogen, Inc. seeks a Lead, Manufacturing - Cell Culture (Nights) on a 2-2-3 rotation at Research Triangle Park, NC. You will execute cell culture steps, lead upstream activities, and mentor manufacturing staff while maintaining strict cGMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience in biopharma.
• Experience leading manufacturing activities in cGMP settings.
• Strong documentation and SOP adherence required.

Responsibilities

• Execute cell culture steps and supervise manufacturing activities.
• Coordinate shift work with the Shift Manager and train staff.
• Document deviations and maintain batch records and logs.
