Crown Battery Manufacturing Co is seeking an IND COS Cell Assembler for the 3rd shift in Fremont, OH. You will ensure parts meet specifications, operate the heat seal, and hand-burn buttons to complete assemblies under close supervision.

The role supports production demands with a focus on safety and quality, requiring 18+ years old, basic math/computer skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing/factory experience preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, supervision, and management.

Responsibilities

• Operate heat seal machine and hand burn buttons with a torch.
• Run cells through the heat seal machine and leak test cell.
• Bond the post to the cover bushing using a burning ring and torch.
• Skid cells into a tub or skid and connect cells into a circuit for next operation.
