Job summary

Select Water Solutions’ CDL Driver for vacuum truck operations will safely operate a heavy-duty vehicle (26,000+ lb GVW) and manage loading/unloading of oilfield equipment. You will ensure safety, proper loading, and secure deliveries while maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

The role requires night/weekend flexibility and the ability to follow DOT rules. Based in Texas, you’ll report to the Operations Manager and collaborate with Procurement.

Qualifications

• CDL A license and one year of driving experience preferred
• HazMat endorsement preferred
• DOT safety qualifications and medical card required
• Ability to read and interpret driving routes and safety rules
• Willingness to work night or weekend shifts
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Must be 21+ and pass a DOT pre-employment physical
• Experience in energy industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Load and secure shipments to ensure weight balance and safety
• Drive and deliver for oilfield equipment with a 26,000+ lb GVW truck
• Perform vehicle inspections and routine maintenance; keep truck clean
• Maintain accurate driver qualification and driving records
• Complete paperwork and documentation for deliveries and pickups
• Represent the company professionally while in Select uniform
• Work with Procurement on deliveries and pickups
• Ensure timely deliveries and safe driving practices
