Job summary

Select Water Solutions’ CDL Driver operates a vacuum truck with a GVW of 26,000+ pounds and is responsible for loading deliveries, maintaining a safe, clean work area and ensuring quality control throughout all operations.

The role requires CDL A, 1 year driving experience, a current DOT medical card, and flexibility for night or weekend shifts. Strong safety, teamwork and documentation skills are essential, with duties spanning yard and field work as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as CDL A driver preferred.
• CDL A license; Tanker and HazMat endorsement preferred.
• High School diploma/GED.
• Meet all Federal Motor Carrier D.O.T. requirements and safety qualifications.
• Current D.O.T. medical card.
• Must pass D.O.T. pre-employment physical.
• Night or weekend shifts may be required.
• CDL certification from accredited driving school; one year of driving experience; experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Ensure truck is loaded and secured properly.
• Maintain weight of shipment.
• Vehicle maintenance, security and cleanliness.
• Ensure truck has current inspections.
• Comply with all D.O.T. requirements.
• Maintain driver qualification and driving records.
• Keep all paperwork in order and document transactions.
• Deliver on time while maintaining safety.
• Work with Procurement in deliveries and pickups.
• Represent the company in a Select uniform.
• Load and unload truck as required.
• Work in yard and field as needed by supervisor.
• Follow safety rules and company policies.
