Select Water Solutions is looking for a CDL Driver to operate a heavy truck safely and efficiently. The role involves loading, securing loads, delivering on schedule, and maintaining compliance with DOT standards.

The position requires CDL A, a DOT medical card, and the ability to work nights or weekends. Beneficial experience includes tanker/HazMat endorsements and prior energy-sector work.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of experience as CDL A driver preferred.
• CDL A license.
• High School diploma/GED.
• Tanker and HazMat endorsement preferred.
• Meet all Federal Motor Carrier D.O.T. requirements and safety qualifications.
• Current D.O.T. medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to read and interpret information such as driving routes, safety rules, tickets, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Possess organizational and time management skills.
• Must pass D.O.T. pre-employment physical.
• Ability to work night or weekend shifts as necessary.
• Must be detail oriented due to safety.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Able to thrive in a team environment.
• CDL certification from accredited driving school and one year of similar driving experience; experience may be substituted.
• Experience in energy industry.

Aufgaben

• Load and secure truck cargo.
• Ensure weight of shipment is correct.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and security.
• Ensure truck inspections are current.
• Comply with DOT requirements.
• Maintain driver qualification and driving records.
• Keep paperwork in order and document transactions.
• Deliver on time while driving safely.
• Coordinate deliveries with Procurement.
• Represent the company in uniform.
• Load/unload as required.
• Work in yard and field as directed by supervisor.
• Follow safety rules and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
